In year two, we have had a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day! We have discussed our favourite authors and illustrators and explored various book genres. The children listened carefully to authors Sue Hendra and Paul Linnet reading one of their famous ‘Supertato’ books. To finish the day, Nick Sharratt, a popular children’s author and illustrator, gave us a master class in how to draw some illustrations from his books!
