Year 6 have been working so incredibly hard over the past couple of weeks to prepare for their business event which took place on Wednesday at Newcastle’s Grainger Market. The children have been working in groups with their individual £5 to think of different products they can make in order to make a profit. We were so proud of all of the children on Wednesday and how well they worked together to sell their products. The children made an overall profit of £266.10 which is absolutely fantastic! The Year 6 children are going to make a donation to their class charity and the rest of the money will go in to school for all of the children.

Before we headed back to school, we took a trip to see Fenwicks Window and walked through Newcastle Christmas Market which was so lovely. We are definitely all in the festive spirit now!
