Year 3 – Science

In Science, our current topic is ‘animals including humans’. Year 3 have enjoyed learning all about the different types of skeletons and how they function. We now know the difference between an exoskeleton, endoskeleton and a hydrostatic skeleton.

Fabulous French!

year 2 had a special visitor from Kidslingo who came to teach them a fun, interactive French session where they learnt how to say hello, how are you, colours and count to 10! They found it extremely exciting!

Year 3 – PE

Our current topic in PE is ‘Life on the Nile’. In groups, children have been sharing ideas and translating those ideas into movement. They have shown confidence when performing in front of their peers and been very respectful when providing feedback.

Today, Year 1 took part in a live lesson all about reptiles. We learnt about the habitats of different geckos, the difference between turtles, tortoises and terrapins and facts about different snakes.
