Year 1 and 2 took part in a live online experiment as part of Science week, which focused on exploration of the ocean’s depths. Using everyday household items, the children watched as a miniature ocean in a jar was created and they discover the different zones of the sea, the creatures that live there and how they survive in extreme conditions.

Year 2 also took part in a class discussion of ‘do only fish live in the sea?’ We then watched an under the sea video before creating our own under the sea posters.
